FAQ
I am most interested in webcam modeling. Can I do this on my own?
It is extremely difficult to work as an independent webcam model; especially if you’re a beginner or are just getting started. The exception might be if you have a very large social media following on X or Instagram. If you are new to webcam modeling you should probably start with an established webcam network that operates popular, well-known webcam sites like Flirt4Free or SexyFlair (Streamate).
You should understand that in whatever manner you approach webcam modeling, competition among webcam models of all types can be fierce and it can be difficult to stand out from the crowd. Even on webcam networks that generate massive amounts of traffic consisting of frequent and regular webcam fans and patrons. How can I work strictly on my own?… by myself?
There are many Selfie models who seem to work on their own, by themselves. Obviously, they don’t work with or hire photographers. They shoot their own images. Most often, they use their own PayPal accounts to transact online sales, tips and donations. There are lesser known resources who provide PayPal-type services. A service called Skrill.com was at one time a PayPal competitor, so there are probably other service providers in addition to PayPal.
Selfie Models tend to keep their services very digital… that is… they take their photo orders and email their photos to their customers. They do not publish their photo inventories to the web or a website. Of course, they publish sample photo(s) in their advertising and promotion efforts, but they do not usually publish the pictures they actually sell and deliver to customers.
This is internet modeling in its simplest form… the model shoots her own pictures; uses a personal payment service to collect her money; and lastly, delivers her photo products to her customers via email attachments.
In between these basic activities, she promotes and markets her business where ever it’s permissible (and free) to do so. You should use your social media to do this. And, of course, you can use PinUps Fanfare to promote your work.

Does PinUps have any control regarding my pay?
No. You will be working on your own or through one of the resources that’s been listed. If you decide to work through Premium Chat, Ko-Fi or Patreon… (or similar sources not listed on PinUps) you will set your own prices, develop your own schedule, structure your own services or product offerings; whether it’s one service or a diverse menu of offerings. It’s your business, gig or side hustle.
The three previously mentioned platforms are primarily payment processors and they will pay you based on their methods and services. You should be acquainted with their policies and procedures before you make arrangements to work with them. PinUps is NOT at all involved in the operations of these companies or how they provide their services.

Why should I use PinUps Fanfare?
First up, you really don’t need to use PinUps Fanfare to be successful. If, after you review PinUps, you are inspired and you become a little more educated on internet modeling, being an influencer and content creation. It’s possible you could determine that your plans, goals and approach to internet modeling is different, or does not align with what you see and experience on PinUps. If that’s your estimation after you’ve given the matter some consideration, you should probably pass on PinUps and pursue your modeling ambitions on your own.
However, you can still post your photos and links on PinUps even if they’re not a part a part of the PinUps “network“. You’re never obligated to contribute or promote a presence to PinUps simply because you use any of its resources.
